Deal4Dreams Launches with Sold Out Deal, Partners including Charity Water, Crooked Trails, Navy SEAL Foundation and many more.
Bellevue-based Deals4Dreams launched its site on Friday August 26th with a “Dream Deal” – $50 for $100 worth of fine dining at El Gaucho locations in Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma. Within 13 hours the deal was officially sold out and money was raised for a growing number of nonprofit partners including: Moms6Days, Stop NF2, ICDI, Charity Water, Navy Seal Foundation, Edmonds Public Schools Foundation, Crooked Trails, Eastside Baby Corner and Live Glocal.
“We were very happy with the results of our first offer – being able to sell out a $50 deal in less than a day shows the strength of our nonprofits partnerships and their supporters, as well as the quality of fine dining offered by El Gaucho” said Deals4Dreams CEO Dan Shorett. “We were able to raise money for participating charities and look forward to raising a lot more in the future.”
The offer was emailed out to offer subscribers and shared through social media including the Deals4Dreams Facebook page and Deals4Dreams Twitter feed, as well as a lot of sharing by partners and supporters.
The next Deals4Dreams Dream Deal for the Seattle area is now live and interested parties can sign up on the invitation list at www.Deals4Dreams.com.
While Deals4Dreams is currently offering Dream Deals in the greater Seattle marketplace, it is planning to expand to 25 major markets across the country this fall, starting with San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City.
Deals4Dreams shares its revenue equally with participating nonprofit partners and provides an organization specific “deal site” for its supporters to purchase Dream Deals. Additional nonprofit partners and merchants to provide Dream Deals are being sought in all major cities.
